Longines Saint Imier Swiss Made Men’s Automatic Column Wheel Chronograph Watch All functions work as they should and the watch runs well. This is a classic and tasteful Longines Saint-Imier automatic chronograph. The unique stepped shape of the case is based on a 1945 model. I do not have the original Longines strap or box. This is a classic and tasteful Longines Saint-Imier automatic chronograph. The Saint-Imier line was launched in 2012 for Longines’ 180th anniversary, in honour of its founding town, in which it remains to this day. The unique stepped shape of the case is based on a 1945 model. The watch is between 40mm and 41mm wide without the crown - perfect for casual or business attire.Overall the watch case is in very good condition, with only minor marks and light scratches. None are apparent when wearing. The sapphire crystal Is scratch free. The dial and hands are superb. This watch is powered by the Longines proprietary L688.2 automatic chronograph movement with 27 jewels and a 50 hour+ power reserve. This movement is based on the Valjoux ETA movement which was then heavily modified for Longines to add a column wheel for the chronograph function, which is typically found only in high end watches. All functions work as they should and the watch runs well. The watch comes on a new black leather longines strap that matches the watch very nicely. I do not have the original Longines strap or box. I will ship the watch safely in an eBay deep blue presentation box and it will come with a ebay authentication card from when I bought it.When new, these sold for over $3,000.
